Visit Old Ley Court & See Traditional Cheese Making

See Diana making her Gloucester cheese by hand, from a traditional recipe, handed down over several generations.

Cheese is made on Tuesdays and Thursdays, using unpasteurised milk from our own cows, and non-animal rennet.
