Harefield is a rich, mature farmhouse cheese we make here on our family farm in Gloucestershire. It’s crafted with unpasteurised milk from our own Gloucester cows and carefully aged to bring out a deeper, more complex flavour.
Firm in texture and pale in colour, Harefield has a nutty, savoury taste with gentle sweetness and a clean finish. It is perfect for grating or slicing—what Diana fondly called her own twist on Parmesan!
