Double Gloucester Cheese

We’ve been making Double Gloucester on our family farm in Gloucestershire for many years, using milk from our own herd of Gloucester cows. Every batch is made by hand with unpasteurised milk and traditional methods — it’s proper farmhouse cheese-making, just as it’s always been.
Our Double Gloucester is known for its rich golden colour and smooth, firm texture. It has a full, rounded flavour — buttery, nutty, and gently tangy — that truly reflects the quality of our milk and the land our cows graze on.
