Our Cheese
All of the cheese is made in our very own cheese house on the farm. The cheese is vegetarian, and made from unpasteurised cow’s milk.
Smart’s farm is one of only six traditional single Gloucester producers in the world.
Our cheese is used in the annual Cooper’s Hill Cheese Roll in Gloucestershire.
